These terms cover your use of this website and set out the general terms on which SEO Agency Cork provides its services. Where we agree a written proposal or statement of work with you, that document also applies and takes priority if anything conflicts.
About us

Using this website
- You may browse, print and share our pages for your own information. Please don’t copy our content, design, illustrations or logo for commercial use without written permission.
- Our guides and articles are general information, not advice tailored to your business. Search engines change constantly, so check before relying on anything for an important decision.
- Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, and no automated scraping beyond what normal search engines do.
- We link to other websites for convenience. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content.
Free audits
Our free mini audit is offered without obligation. It reflects our professional opinion at the time, based on publicly available information and anything you share with us. It is not a guarantee of results, and you are free to use it however you like, including with another provider.
Our services
- Scope: the work we do, deliverables and fees are set out in the proposal or statement of work we agree with you.
- Term: unless a proposal says otherwise, monthly services run month to month. Either side can end them with 30 days’ written notice. One-off projects end when the agreed deliverables are complete.
- Fees and payment: invoices are payable within [14] days. Fees are exclusive of VAT, which is added where applicable. We may pause work on overdue accounts after giving notice.
- Your part: you agree to give us accurate information, timely feedback and the access we need (for example to your website, Google Search Console or Google Business Profile), and to confirm you have the right to grant it.
- Content approval: we will ask you to approve content before it is published on your behalf. Once approved, you are responsible for the accuracy of claims about your business.
No ranking guarantees
Search rankings are decided by Google and other search engines, not by us. Their algorithms change without notice and are influenced by factors outside anyone’s control, including competitors and your own website. We commit to doing professional, ethical work using methods consistent with search engine guidelines, but we do not and cannot guarantee any particular ranking, traffic level or number of enquiries. Be wary of anyone who does.
Intellectual property
- Once you have paid for them, you own the content, reports and other deliverables we create specifically for you.
- We keep ownership of our own methods, templates, tools and general know-how, and may reuse them for other clients.
- Unless you ask us not to, we may name you as a client and describe our work in general terms. We will never publish your confidential data.
Confidentiality and data
We keep your business information confidential and only use it to provide our services. Where we process personal data on your behalf (for example, in your analytics or customer reviews), we do so as your processor under the data processing terms in our proposal. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data as a controller.
Liability
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Irish law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity, or for losses caused by changes to search engines or third-party platforms.
- Our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
- The website is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available but can’t promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
If you are a consumer rather than a business, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. We will always try to resolve concerns informally first, so please get in touch.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you use the website, or at the time you sign a proposal, is the one that applies.
